Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tig welder in Mahnomen County, Minnesota. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances $9,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
