Countertop fabricator wanted in Effingham County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Effingham County, Illinois. You will work in a natural stone fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin You should have: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Own hand tools an advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
