Sheet metal welder • Iron County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Iron County, Missouri. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
