You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
