Lift mechanic wanted in Osceola County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Osceola County, Iowa. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
