Vacancy available: lathe operator (Hawaii)

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe operator in Maui County, Hawaii. The job is in a textile mill. You will set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
