Floor screeder • Ness County, Kansas

Join our team: we are hiring a floor screeder in Ness County, Kansas. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
