Join our team: foundry operative (Kogi State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry operative in Igalamela-Odolu, Kogi State. You will work at a busy iron foundry. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts On the job you will handle: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦1,400 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
