Refrigeration installation technician — Pike County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Pike County, Alabama. You will work in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns On a typical shift you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; clean condenser and evaporator coils. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
