Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Six days a week, one day off.
