Canteen cook wanted in Dale County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Dale County, Alabama. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
