Trowel-trade bricklayer — Hancock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Hancock County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Ideal candidate: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
