Join our team: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. You will work on commercial fit-out projects. You will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Full-time, day shift.
