Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Kiowa County, Colorado. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
