Steel fixing chargehand — Nassau County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Nassau County, Florida. You will work at a precast concrete yard. You will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
