Reinforcement steel fixer — Logan County

Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Logan County, Colorado. You will be based on a busy residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
