Bread baker wanted in Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Boone County, Iowa. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
