Pastry baker — Butts County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Butts County, Georgia. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
