Head butcher wanted in Ibarapa East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Ibarapa East, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
