What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦90,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
