Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Boyle County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise façade. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Day to day you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding.
