Powder coating sprayer wanted in Rockingham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
