Rebar foreman • Hamilton County, New York

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Hamilton County, New York. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
