Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel painter in McLeod County, Minnesota. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. You will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
