Maintenance plumber • Clayton County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Clayton County, Iowa. The job is in apartment and housing complexes. Your main tasks: • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools Pay around $2,250 per project, based on your experience.
