Urgent requirement: bar waiter (Alaska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar waiter in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, Alaska. The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
