We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bent County, Colorado. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
