Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
