Fine-dining server • Vance County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Vance County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy restaurant. The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
