Now hiring: we are hiring a field delivery driver in Perquimans County, North Carolina. The job is with a transport contractor. You will load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes; arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents; park and reverse safely in tight loading bays and narrow lanes; top up engine oil, coolant and washer fluid as needed; keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet; plan the delivery route using GPS and live traffic updates. Requirements: • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts 1+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
