Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gaines County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
