Kitchen porter — City of Bristol

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in City of Bristol, England. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
