Press shop operator — Humboldt County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press shop operator in Humboldt County, Iowa. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred On the job you will handle: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
