Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Adams County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
