You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
