Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Oliver County, North Dakota. The job is at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level On the job you will handle: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
