What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits.
