Now hiring: we are hiring a power press operator in Ogbomosho South, Oyo State. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day to day you will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings.
