Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
