Production operative — Uvalde County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Uvalde County, Texas. You will be based on a production line. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Your main tasks: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Overtime paid at a premium rate.
