Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
