Rebar installer • Atchison County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar installer in Atchison County, Missouri. You will work on a busy residential building site. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Your main tasks: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
