Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Macon County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Requirements: • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
