Packing line operative • Smyth County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a packing line operative in Smyth County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch Ideal candidate: • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg Full-time, day shift.
