Acoustic insulation fitter — Chesterfield County

Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. On a typical shift you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Overtime paid at a premium rate.
