Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Sedgwick County, Colorado. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
