Smash repairer — Gilliam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Gilliam County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
