Elevator service technician — Gwer West

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Gwer West, Benue State. You will work in a residential tower block. Day to day you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 5+ years on the tools preferred.
