Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
