We are recruiting: plant operator (Alaska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. You will be based on a housing development site. What we are looking for: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence The role involves: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
